Welcome to Extra Trash (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Information
Extra Trash is a sole proprietorship operating out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

2. Eligibility & Use of Website
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a legal guardian.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products & Availability
All products are released in limited quantities (“drops”). Once an item, size, or color is sold out, it may not be restocked.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
  • Inventory errors
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
4. Pricing & Payments
  • Prices are listed in CAD and may change at any time without notice.
  • We accept major credit cards only.
  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
5. Orders
All sales are final once placed. We do not allow order modifications after purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship within Canada and the United States only.
  • Shipping is free on all orders.
  • We use various third-party carriers.
  • Delivery times may vary and can take up to 3 weeks, depending on the carrier.
Once an order has been shipped, Extra Trash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

7. Exchanges Policy (No Returns or Refunds)
We do not offer returns or refunds unless you recieve defective items, in which case proof will be requested.
We do offer exchanges, subject to the following conditions:
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached
  • Exchanges are limited to size or color changes only
Due to our limited drop model:
  • Exchanges are only possible if the requested item is still in stock
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead
  • Store credit may be used for future product drops
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges.

8. Sizing Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before purchasing.
We are not responsible for sizing issues if the customer did not follow the provided size guide.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, images, and text—is the exclusive property of Extra Trash.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

10. User Content & Reviews
By submitting reviews or content related to Extra Trash, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extra Trash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
  • Use of our website
  • Purchase or use of our products
  • Shipping delays or delivery issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Extra Trash from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
